32 Normans Road, Christchurch
Well we have had a busy couple of weeks as on the 21st July we moved from the 3 bedroom townhouse in Blair Ave, to our new property in Normans road. It is located just a couple of streets down from where we have been and is located in a good area of town with good schools and facilities nearby.
It has taken a while for this to all come through and it didn’t seem real until we had picked up the keys. But we are now the proud owners of a new mortgage and a 80 year old 4 bedroom house, with a big garage (my personal favourite feature).
The previous owners had done a really good job of updating and maintaining it so there is little for us to do. It has had the bathrooms and kitchens remodelled in the last few years and the house has been painted and carpeted throughout. It is great to finally have something that is big enough to hold the collection of three different countries worth of our stuff and especially nice to see some of the special things we have brought back from London and Hong Kong able to get out of the boxes (at least for a short time)
