Veronica and Penelope back home
Veronica was discharged from the Hospital on Saturday. We came home from Hoag Hospital in Newport to a warm welcome from the kids. They made “welcome home” decorations for the front door which were great. Clemency was writing the notes while Hadley coloured them in, all while under the expert supervision of Grandma. Hadley’s first remark when we went inside was, “We cleaned and tidied for you!” – thanks Grandma.
Things are going smoothly and Penelope is quite settled into sleeping, feeding, and observing the family. Clemency and Hadley continue to adjust to the changes, Hadley in particular is trying particularly hard to get the attention he is used too.
